Meet Caroyllnn Somoza Pastry Chef 🍰
After 20 years in the corporate world she decided retire, focus on her two sons who attended John Carroll. At this time where she found her passion, creating desserts for their annual gala‘s and decided to attend culinary school.
She joined Disney’s Vero Beach resort as pastry chef. With this experience, she developed and refined skills. With a smile, Carollynn has put her heart into her passion at Polo Steak & Sea, taking sweet pleasure to the next level. Making every dessert an experience.
